“Unlearn everything you know about life & business, become unmistakable.” That is the tagline of one of the most popular podcasts online today, the Unmistakable creative. This podcast features more than 600 interviews with 550 five-star reviews on iTunes. Guests include happiness researchers, peak performance psychologists, best selling authors, successful entrepreneurs, world famous cartoonists, graffiti artists, and even ex-cons. The podcast brings together outstanding individuals, interviewing them about the events that shaped who they are both personally and professionally today.
Inspiring professional and individual Dean Kosage was recently interviewed for the podcast by Chief Creative Instigator and Host, Srini Rao about his life growing up “off the grid”. In the interview, Kosage describes his alternative upbringing, raised by his mother and brother, living on boats off the coast of Florida. He often had to take care of himself while his mother made a living through less than honest means.
Rather than get caught up in this world above the law however, Dean Kosage decided to change his life for the better. As Dean said in the interview: “Those things can either trap you and you become a victim, or they inspire you to move on. I was always drawn to the people I felt were more kind and used their power for good.” After entering school for the first time as a teenager, he realized that while his classmates knew what a locker room was, “when it came to critical thinking, logic, patterns, [he] was far more advanced than many of the kids at school.”
The Unmistakable Creative finds just these sorts of individuals in order to inspire others on their journeys through life. The show is creative, insightful, and always entertaining.
